Vacature
We are looking for a HR Officer.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing and coordinating personnel changes;
- Handling HR administrative tasks such as registration of illness and long-term absenteeism.
- Responsible for the correct processing of data in the personnel systems and the maintenance there of;
- Management of personnel files;
- Delivery of (periodic) reports;
- You advise and support employees in the application of our personnel policy (source of information regarding leave, illness, HR procedures, etc.);
- Helping build standards within the department where it comes down to customer experience, service levels, knowledge management, (…);
- Actively contribute to and think about the further organization of the HR administration and the efficient organization of the HR / admin processes (professionalization);
- You work closely with HR business partners in the Benelux, and with your colleagues in Belgium, the Netherlands and Hungary.
Requirements & competencies
- Bachelor, with a good knowledge of social legislation and regulations
- Basic knowledge of payroll
- Several years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience in working with Shared Service Centers is a plus
- Fulltime available
- Organized and analytical with excellent administrative skills
- Understanding of systems and see the mutual relationship
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- An expert with data and reporting
- Communicative and social skills
- Sense of urgency, flexible, high paced and proactive
- Self-starter and team-player
- Able to work independently
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and oral. Sufficient knowledge of French in a support context
